The substrate just got a publisher. Six new kinds, same loop. The agent now ships durable, formatted artifacts — not just conversation.
Publisher v1 ships
Six new publication kinds land in this release: flyer, brief, resume, newsletter (you are reading one), field_guide, and pamphlet. Each is shaped by the same (stash → cook → publication) loop — different kinds slot items into different layouts.
The publisher primitive
(page_model × geometry × grid × resolver × report_md_slot) — five axes, one design space. Adding a kind is a small named PR.
The agent stops being a conversation and starts being a publisher.
